Jasdeep Singh

Dr. JD Singh began his career as a medical doctor but transitioned into real estate development with a focus on senior care and assisted living. Drawing from his medical background, he shifted from healing individuals to creating environments that prioritize the well-being of seniors.

His diverse portfolio includes multifamily housing, mobile homes, hotels, industrial properties, self-storage, offices, affordable housing, and assisted living facilities. Dr. Singh is committed to developing safe, supportive spaces where seniors can enjoy independence, receive quality care, and live fulfilling lives with dignity. His compassion and attention to detail drive his work in fostering thriving communities.

Lonnie R. Spears

With over 30 years of experience in operations across the Midwest and Southern regions, Lonnie R. Spears specializes in senior care operations, boasting a 16-year track record of managing high-performing portfolios. Lonnie’s project management expertise is complemented by certifications in HUD regulations and the private care industry, contributing to significant initiatives like the Holiday stabilization project and various redevelopment efforts in Milwaukee. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Journalism from Southern Illinois University, Lonnie is also a certified Serve Safe Restaurant Manager and serves as a Director at Large for the Wisconsin Association of Housing Authorities, with additional certifications in Housing Occupancy, Tax Credit Housing, REACT, and Urban Redevelopment Unit (URD).

Dr. Lisa Ciucevich

Dr. Lisa Ciucevich is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in senior living operations and leadership. A fourth-generation Georgian, she is a widely respected clinician and expert in marketing and operations, having directed more than 15 assisted and memory care facilities. Dr. Ciucevich holds a Psy.D. in Psychology, an MS in Healthcare Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Healthcare Administration, along with certifications in DiMAP and GERO-C. Her multifaceted roles encompass leadership, operations management, community outreach, marketing, and education, making her a valuable asset in the senior care industry.

Lisa D. Waters

With 15 years of experience as a back-office expert in senior living facilities, Lisa D. Waters has served as an executive director and excels in office management. Known for her expertise in accounts payable and receivable, she is also a customer service leader and problem solver across various care settings, from personal care homes (PCH) to skilled nursing facilities (SNF). Her comprehensive skill set ensures efficient operations and exceptional service in the senior living industry.

 Toni M. Spears

With over 15 years of experience in private independent senior care management, Toni has successfully overseen diverse communities, ensuring the highest standards of care and service. Toni's background includes 20 years of strategic sales redevelopment in real estate operations, focusing on maximizing key performance indicators to drive growth. Additionally, Toni brings 10 years of consulting expertise in both for-profit and nonprofit sectors, specializing in grant writing and committee services. With 10 years of franchise management experience as well, Toni's leadership skills are well-rounded. Toni holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business Administration from Illinois State University.
